In just over a week, the English Department will host the annual PCEA (Pennsylvania College English Association), and we would love to see you there. The program is packed with innovative and stimulating presentations by several English Department faculty and graduate students, an it is a wonderful opportunity for us to show our support for their hard work and for our students to experience academic conferencing. The complete conference schedule is attached, along with registration forms for faculty and students. Registration is free for all English department faculty and students; you just need to fill out the form (or ask you students to do so), and hand it (them) over to Jackie. Please also note that the evening of Friday, March 10th, several of IUP's theater students will perform an adaptation of the conference keynote speaker's comic book series, Kill Shakespeare. Tickets are free for registering conference attendees and $10 for unregistered guests. Last but not least, please consider volunteering (or encouraging your students to volunteer) at the registration table. On the sign up sheet, just type your name next to the time slot(s) you can cover.
